You can create heaven on earth by keeping it all positive in learning. Start with self love! For many you may have the wrong cognition or thought pattern the self love is a selfish act.
You have to capture your own inner space, first. It may sound odd to some, putting yourself first.
What is Inner Space?
Inner space means you have room for your thoughts to navigate. You don’t have to react impulsively. As
Stephen Covey said: “Because of the space between stimulus and response, people have the power of choice”. This gap between thoughts gives us freedom, the freedom to make a conscious choice.
Ways of building your inner space are through self reflection, connection with nature, personal development and finding ways to calm the mind. Self reflection is central to personal growth and it helps tremendously to build inner space and peace. Connecting with nature could be a walk in nature, personal development can be through learning, reading or having a guide like a coach and calming the mind, through yoga and meditation.

Self love is caring about your own well-being, holistic health and happiness.

Self love actually turns on your selfless qualities. You can eat, drink, think and help others, all with the purpose of being the best you can be. Unfortunately for most, there is at least one step missing, genuinely loving YOU. Having self compassion when you have not lived up to your own or others expectations. Self compassion is a way of relating to yourself that does not involve harshly judging or punishing yourself for every mistake you make.
Bring it back to simplicity. In the end, your self worth, needs to equal, your highest love.
Why do we find it hard to love ourselves? There are many reasons, programming since childhood, media, health, poor lifestyle, loss of passion and purpose and more. Your negativity bias will attract more of your mind’s attention. Our brains are more highly attuned to negative news. The nervous system has been evolving for 600 million years, from ancient jellyfish to modern humans. Our ancestors had to make a critical decision many times a day: approach a reward or avoid a hazard — pursue a carrot or run for cover.
Understanding that your body generally reacts more intensely to negative stimuli than to equally strong positive. The alarm bell of your brain, our amygdala (you’ve got two of these little almond-shaped regions, one on either side of your brain) — uses about two-thirds of its neurons to look for bad news: it’s primed to go negative.
Mother Nature evolved a brain that routinely tricks us into making three mistakes: overestimating threats, underestimating opportunities, and underestimating resources.
If we are falling into the negative bias trap understanding you are not in danger, switch this negative thought into a positive one. Change the pattern immediately.
One of the most significant reason to change this pattern, you will be constantly living in the past and fearing the future which prevents us from truly loving ourselves. We need to stop living in “survival” mode. This survival mode will have you experiencing doses of depression and fear throughout our day or week due to your past/future thought pattern. Get back to your present state!
How to get back into the present state?
The claustrum in the brain, allows the mind to go from the depression mode, negatively living in the past, to return to the present. When we are healthy, the brain jumps to the “present state of mind.” Claustrum brings our mind to the present, “living in the NOW.
How to you get into this present state – a couple of ways through meditation, exercise, yoga and through a trained guide, learning to bring your thoughts from past or future instead you will enjoy the ‘now’, the present state.
Remember a healthy energy of mind, creates a healthy body, starting with your thoughts and the mantras you say to yourself daily.
It is no longer the body in control of the mind. The mind is in control of the body, again.
You cannot control the exterior world, you can only control your perceptions of the outside world. If you feel you are living in hell that will be your thought pattern. Thought pattern are not alive, we keep them alive through our will! You are not your thought patterns, if you want you can destroy, rid any negative thinking instantly you are in control.
No longer viewing the “outside world” as having control. It is now the “inner world of control.”
You can choose to be either “out of control or in-control.” A person in-control, knows to critique them-self only.
It’s the only control you really have.
Bitching, gossiping and complaining about others is not good for your emotional health or your physical health.
What you are thinking eventually will become your actions and this affects you, your health and your life. The only real control you have is your body and mind.
‘Every cell of your body is listening’.

That’s wrong cognition, while you are breathing you are never too old. Hearing people saying at the age of 40,50,60 or 70 they are too old is such negative thinking!
That very thought you generate, determines who you will become. I photographed a wonderful ordinary man called Keith who started flying at 89 and he became a pilot at 90. Did he have extraordinary health, NO!
94 year old Keith is Australia’s oldest Pilot.
Did he have willpower YES! He had to wear a hearing aid, walked with a limp but he was determined, he didn’t talk himself out of trying and through his efforts he become a pilot! He let go of worrying whether he was too old he just went out and did it!
I have listened to people thinking they are too old at 30! Drop that thought pattern, while you have life you are never too old to do anything! You have unlimited possibilities and potentials!
Where you are today started from your past thoughts. If you are not happy with your life then you have the power! You are in control to destroy old past negative thought patterns and create a lifestyle you truly want, your heaven within.
