Build Healthy Habits
When you want to change your life, your relationships, your body, your finances, your thoughts and your happiness; you need to start the work from the inside out.
Most people get this wrong, they usually start from the exterior world. They forget about nurturing and feeding the one they should love the most, themselves. Have you said “I would love to be more healthy, but I don’t have time” or “I would love to feel good about myself, but my family puts so many demands on me” “I wish I didn’t worry so much”, “I would love to do that but I am too old, too tired, too busy, too sad, too broke ………. we can all make excuses.
Change is difficult for many people as the human body has a tendency to find comfortable states. if you’re sleeping then your body will try to adjust for a comfortable position. you won’t get a good sleep until you find it.
Have you ever asked yourself why you can’t do the little things you know will change your life? To the point where they’re so simple, you almost start to wonder what is wrong with you?
Hesitation prevents change, stop waiting for that right moment, time or motivation.
Your mind is designed to protect you from things anything that maybe perceived as a threat, uncomfortable, or challenging. Even the building healthy habits, making a positive change can be difficult as your mind may perceive that change as a possible threat of the unknown. Enter protection mode – your mind will discourage you from doing these things even before you do them, every single time. You need to push past this feeling and that inner voice telling you all the reasons why you should not change.
You’re only motivated to do the things that are easy. It’s all part of our survival instinct. How your brain works; it will magnify the risks associated with change. It will discourage you from acting on new ideas, because your brain initially perceives them as problems. And it’s designed to protect you from them. This makes the problem even more complex – you’re never going to feel like doing the things you know you should do. So, you won’t. You’ll stick with what’s easy and familiar.
That moment when you’ll have just enough courage to do it. You keep waiting for motivation to find you, to spring you into action. Well, I have bad news – it’s never going to come. So, you’ll just keep thinking about it. You’ll never start doing, until you stop waiting for the motivation to do it.
You have mere seconds between the formation of a new idea, and when your brain will kill it. This is the micro-moment in time when your idea has the potential to go from thought to reality. You have only five seconds to physically act on a goal, or your brain will kill it. Most people will never be able to control their micro-moment – to act rather than remain passive. This is why counting backwards from 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 go and action what you are hesitating to do.
Building your brain muscle by taking control. Until you realize that motivation isn’t enough to make you act, your life will never change. When you keep waiting for that perfect moment in which motivation will find you, your life will never change. If you don’t stop hesitating, if you don’t take control of the micro-moment, your life will never change. Until you stop thinking and talking, and start doing, your life will never change.
Change is the element whose inherent property is to disturb the equilibrium state of the stimuli. This is the big reason why it’s hard to suddenly wake up at 5 am in the morning and go to gym. For people who wake up early finds it hard to sleep more. Reason being your body and mind is used to this comfortable state.
Time to transform, manifest, let go of the past, rebuild, learn how to create habits that will have you looking, feeling and expanding your relationships, your health, your happiness and your wealth. It’s all starts with releasing the limiting beliefs, building your personal power and actioning your desires. Eliminate the old habits and paradigms that have held you back, regain your energy, your health, get back into shape and exercise your mind to gain the muscle in life that will propel you to levels your never thought imaginable. What is wild and amazing you have always had the power deep within, it’s time to learn how you can unleash it!
