- A circle with sixteen petals
- A crescent with a circle inside of it
- Sometimes, it is symbolized by a circle containing a downward-pointing triangle in which is inscribed another circle

The throat chakra impacts:
People with blocked throat chakra are prone to think that they simply are not creative, have trouble with communication vocal, written and body language, self expression and decision making. Some signs of imbalance are lying, arrogance, talking too much, being manipulative, disharmony, decisive speech about someone, being compgossip, fear, unable to articulate what you are trying to say and timidity. A person with a balanced throat chakra can express him or herself well, sing beautifully, and this expression isn’t always verbal. Also neck pain or dental pain, chronic sore throat, and headaches.
Non-Verbal Communication
is the single most powerful form of communication. More than the voice or even words, nonverbal communication cues you into what is on another person’s mind. The best communicators are sensitive to the power of the emotions and thoughts communicated nonverbally.
Nonverbal communication ranges from hand movements, facial expression, and body language. Gestures, signs, and use of space are also important in understanding nonverbal communication. There are many multicultural differences in body language, facial expression, use of space, and gestures. Think of the Italians speaking with their hands and arms, Indians head and neck movements, cultures that cannot look you in the eye when speaking so the differences are enormous and widely open to misinterpretation.
